When I read this I thought of the song “You Gotta Move.” I love the version by Cassandra Wilson. Some people hate the Rolling Stones rendition, but it’s such a signature song. Anyhow surfed through many different reditions of the song at YouTube to decide which one to link to. I settled onLive Abbatoirs Paris 1976 because so much was going on in their lives at the time. Richards’ infant son died and right after this performancethey went to Canada where Richards was arrested for heroin.
Ah, famous people, why does everyone have an opinion? Anyhow I have a good opinion about Keith Richards. I think he’s got a child-like generosity. And despite it all the Rolling Stones are still moving. You Gotta Move
