What was the last memorable meal you had?

This is in Response to the Questions and Reflections for December 10, 2007:
Friday night, MY wife Amanda and I tried out OUR "new," local, Mexican restaurant; it was run by three Chinese guys and memorably horrible. Not even good enough for a college town. I wonder how they stay in business. The restaurant must be a cover for some kind of smuggling, or gambling operation. Whatever it is, it ain't food-related.

That's ironic because it has been my experience that on the flip-side, Mexican people can cook ANYTHING! One of our local and loved chinese places whips up a mean hot&sour soup as well as dim sum, yum-yum.

memorably horrible– sometimes those can turn into the best memories, at least if they involve laughter along with the memorably horrible incident. :-) I like those words together! memorably horrible.
